Also known as Hubbatus Sauda, this key active ingredient is recognised for its richness of natural nutrients, minerals and anti-oxidants. In addition to being halal, our products are also free from Mineral Oil, Parabens, SLES, ALES, synthetic colourants and are not tested on animals. Our products use only 100% non-animal derived ingredients.
All items are in stock. However, stock quantities may vary from one item to another. If an item is sold out, it would be indicated as SOLD OUT and will not be available for online order. It's not necessary to sign up for a Paypal account if you don't have one. Once you have checked out, you will be brought to Paypal's payment portal. You have the option to sign in with your registered Paypal account OR you may use the service as a guest by just keying in your payment details.
As Paypal is not based on Malaysian shores, all credit card users may be subjected to cross border fees. The rates may vary with every credit card provider. We strongly suggest that you enquire with your issuing provider on this matter.
Don't be alarmed. The USD 1 charged by Paypal is a verification fee. Once you have made full payment of your purchase via Paypal, you will be refunded the USD 1 charged to your credit card. We strongly suggest that you check with your credit card issuing bank for further information on the refund. As we have experienced, the refund should be almost immediate.
No. iPay88 acts as a payment portal linking you to various online banking options. Depending the the bank you wish to use, you are required to login with your online banking details to perform a transaction. Most local banks would require a TAC or transaction CODE in order to proceed with a transaction. This is for security reasons. Should there be an issue performing payment via online banking, it would be best to consult your banks. Ultimately, you can contact us for further assistance!
All products sold are non-refundable. If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +603-7886 5000 (Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm, (GMT +8), excluding Public Holidays) within 7 days of receiving the products, with supporting evidence (photograph of damaged item) and your invoice number. Our Customer Service will respond to you within 3 working days of receiving your complaint. You will be informed if you need to return the damaged product physically. Good Virtues Co reserves the right of final decision to accept or reject if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

Absolutely. Good Virtues Co currently uses Paypal as the credit/debit card payment option. If you choose to pay via credit/debit card on Paypal, we will receive your payment confirmation. No credit card information is provided to us hence, we do not keep your payment details.
For deliveries within West Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3-5 days. An additional day is usually required for deliveries to East Malaysia and rural areas. Shipping is done from our distribution hub located at A-G-09, Menara Prima, Jalan PJU 1/39, Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
